1. Digital Product Policy
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods.
2. When We Do Issue Refunds
We will gladly provide a refund in the following situations:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened after download
- You received the wrong file (not what was described or shown)
- A technical error prevented you from accessing your download
- Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same product
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@luvprintables.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
We will respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after the file has been downloaded
- Incompatibility with your printer or device (please check system requirements before purchasing)
- Products that have already been printed or used
- Refund claims made more than 7 days after purchase
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless the product is faulty
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on digital products. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
